At QStory, we value integrity, fairness, and respect for people and the planet. We ask all our suppliers, contractors, and service providers to share these values and follow the principles below when working with us.
1. Respect for People
Treat all workers with dignity and respect, including fair treatment, no discrimination, and no harassment.
Ensure employment is freely chosen — we will not work with suppliers who use forced, bonded, or involuntary labour.
Workers must be of legal working age and all applicable child labour laws must be followed.
2. Safe and Fair Working Conditions
Provide a safe, healthy working environment that complies with local health and safety laws.
Pay fair wages and benefits, and follow local laws on working hours and conditions.
3. Ethical Practices
Conduct business honestly and transparently. Bribery, corruption, and any illegal or unethical business practices are not acceptable.
Avoid conflicts of interest and disclose any that could affect your work with us.
4. Environmental Responsibility
We expect all suppliers to actively support global eff orts to tackle climate change.
Suppliers must commit to achieving net zero greenhouse gas emissions by 2050, and where feasible, aim to halve emissions by 2030 in line with the Paris Agreement.
Take meaningful steps to measure, manage, and reduce environmental impact — including energy use, emissions, waste, and resource consumption.
Comply with all relevant environmental regulations and demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement.
Environmental performance and climate commitments are key factors in our supplier selection and ongoing relationships. We will not engage or continue working with suppliers who fail to take these responsibilities seriously or who are unwilling to commit to meaningful climate action.
5. Data Protection and Confidentiality
Respect the confidentiality of any sensitive or personal data shared in the course of our work.
Handle all data responsibly and in accordance with relevant privacy laws.
6. Modern Slavery and Human Rights
Take active steps to ensure your operations and supply chains are free from modern slavery and human trafficking.
Cooperate with any reasonable checks we may make relating to ethical sourcing and worker welfare.
We don’t expect perfection — but we do expect commitment. If challenges come up, we encourage open communication and a shared approach to improvement.
By continuing to work with us, you’re agreeing to uphold this code.
Looking Ahead
We will review this statement annually and consider further measures where appropriate. As our company expands, we will formalise additional procedures and policies to address any emerging risks.
