A Decade of Powering a Better Everyday

On Wednesday, 13th May 2026, we gathered in London to mark a major milestone: 10 year anniversary of QStory.

Bringing together customers, partners, and our entire team in Battersea, the day combined our Customer Strategy Day and User Group programs and culminated in a celebration of all the people who made our first decade possible.

QStory Customer Strategy Day & User Group Programs

Our day began early with our Customer Strategy Day. Now in its third year, with sessions having taken place everywhere from Las Vegas to Edinburgh, our London event brought together senior leaders from across the UK, Europe, South Africa & the US.

Through discussions led by our team with our customers, the room focused on mapping the future of our industry in an era of AI transformation. We challenged our thinking and industry norms to help us shape the next decade of QStory and our technology.

A little later, we kicked off our Customer User group. Now in its second year, this track featured exclusive tech showcases of new product developments (watch this space!) and opportunities for attendees to participate in close-knit, practical discussions on how to leverage QStory to create a better everyday for their teams.

10 Years in the Making: A Word from our CEO & Co-Founder

The day’s keynote session was led by Fiona Coleman, Co-Founder and CEO of QStory, who took to the stage to reflect on our journey from a three-person startup to today’s industry leading WFM platform.

What started in 2016 as a 7-person team focused on solving intraday challenges has grown into something much bigger. From that first week in March 2016 being named ‘One to Watch’ in the Everline Future 50 Awards to where we are today, winning the Frost & Sullivan’s 2025 Europe Enabling Technology Leadership Recognition award for our strong performance in the workforce management industry.

QStory has evolved into a full-service, cloud-native, AI-native workforce management platform, built on contact centre planning DNA, now operating at scale and setting the bar for what organisations should expect from WFM across the front office, back office, and branch.

“I’m so proud of what our team has achieved over these years. I’m hugely grateful to our customers and investors who put their trust in us.”

Fiona Coleman, Co-Founder & CEO

The 10 Year Celebration

As evening fell, we transitioned to one of London’s most iconic venues: Battersea Power Station’s Control Room A. Surrounded by the vintage dials and architecture that once powered the city, we hosted a celebratory dinner for our global community.

With fantastic food, great company, and an evening of music and dancing, it was the perfect way to toast to our shared successes.

Looking ahead to 2036

To everyone who joined in London or helped shape the last 10 years, thank you for being part of such a special milestone. We truly value your time, energy, and continued partnership. And to those who couldn’t be there, thank you for your ongoing support. You remain a vital part of our journey.

While this event celebrated our first decade, the conversations throughout the day made one thing clear. The future of workforce management is being shaped right now, and QStory is at the forefront  of it.

If you’d like to be part of what comes next,  exploring our platform, or continuing the conversation, we’d love to hear from you. Get in touch at hello@qstory.com.

We’d also like to give special thank you to MGN Events for their support in managing the event.
