The EcoVadis Framework
EcoVadis is a comprehensive corporate sustainability rating platform that evaluates how organisations integrate corporate social responsibility (CSR) principles into their business models. Built on international sustainability standards such as ISO 26000, the UN Global Compact and the Global Reporting Initiative, EcoVadis Sustainability Scorecards assess business performance across 21 criteria in four key areas: Environment, Labour & Human Rights, Ethics, and Sustainable Procurement.
Our 2026 Performance
In 2026, QStory successfully improved on its 2025 overall EcoVadis score. Specifically, we recorded measurable improvements in the Environment & Ethics categories. Meanwhile, within our overall industry – Computer Programming, Consultancy & Related Activities – we placed in the top 9% of companies.
The 2026 EcoVadis Silver Medal represents one component of our broader Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) strategy. This rating directly complements two other major sustainability milestones we achieved this year:
- Achieving Good Business Charter Accreditation.
- Receiving Carbon Neutral Business status with Carbon Neutral Britain for the fourth consecutive year.
Together, these credentials provide a transparent, third-party-verified overview of our commitment to responsible business practices.
