Congratulations to Louise Smith from Jet2.com and Jet2holidays.com

This evening, we joined Louise Smith from Jet2.com and Jet2holidays.com as a finalist in the Workforce Management Manager category at the CCMA | UK National Contact Centre Awards 2020 in London. Sparkling dresses, smart suits, ready to celebrate!

Had we not been in lockdown, we would be enjoying the awards evening with Louise, Sean Ablett, Fiona Coleman, Les Cooper, and with you too Ann-Marie Stagg.

We nominated Louise for her great leadership and innovation in our industry. She’s been driving a transformation to a homeworking strategy long before we all needed to.  Congratulations Louise, on being a finalist!

We hope it won’t be long before we are all together at the awards dinner scheduled for late September.
