{"id":13091,"date":"2020-04-06T14:27:40","date_gmt":"2020-04-06T13:27:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/qstory.ai\/us\/?p=13091"},"modified":"2020-04-06T14:27:40","modified_gmt":"2020-04-06T13:27:40","slug":"homeworkingreality","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/qstory.ai\/us\/blog\/2020\/04\/06\/homeworkingreality\/","title":{"rendered":"Seeing signs of people getting used to their new reality"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I\u2019m seeing signs of people getting used to their new reality, or at least the current version of it; the small number of unstocked shelves in my local supermarkets &#8211; even toilet paper was available &#8211; was a pleasant surprise this weekend.\u00a0 It dissuaded me from buying anything I didn\u2019t need immediately and that\u2019s surely a sign of some normalcy?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">So, I\u2019ve decided it\u2019s probably time for <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/company\/qstory-ltd\/?viewAsMember=true\">QStory<\/a> to start talking with the contact centre industry again.\u00a0 We haven\u2019t been talking for a few weeks because we know the industry has been fully occupied coping with sudden forced change.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">At our core, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/company\/qstory-ltd\/?viewAsMember=true\">QStory<\/a> innovates.\u00a0 Not by overcoming the greatest challenges facing humankind, but by solving the problems we see in front of us.\u00a0 Right now, our focus is on helping contact centres cope with <\/span><b>surges in customer demand<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and transitioning to a <\/span><b>blend of home-based and on-site employees<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Our goal is to make managing a blend of home and on-site based staff as simple as, or simpler than, managing a 100% on-site contact centre<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Our goal is also to enable home-based employees access to the same support, or better, as they would actually on-site<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As it happens, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/company\/qstory-ltd\/?viewAsMember=true\">QStory<\/a> has been working on these problems for over a year.
