QStory Becomes A Government G-Cloud 13 Cloud Supplier

We’re delighted to announce that we have become an approved Government Cloud supplier, making it easier for public sector organisations to access our services.

Our successful application is yet another accreditation and means that public sector organisations can easily access QStory’s award winning workplace transformation technology.

Government Cloud, or G-Cloud, is an initiative that promotes the government-wide adoption of cloud computing. It is designed to encourage public sector organisations to pursue innovative, cloud-based services rather than on-premises alternatives. Specifically, the government is recommending that these organisations choose cloud suppliers listed on their Digital Marketplace, which has so far won around £4 billion in public contracts.

By joining this marketplace, we’re making it quicker and cheaper for public sector organisations to access our services than it would be to enter into an individual procurement contract. It removes the need for formal processes such as invitations to tender and requests for information, and therefore speeds up the time to go live. It also guarantees prompt payment and contracts up to 24 months with the option to extend them.

QStory’s G-Cloud 13 supplier status means it has never been easier for public sector organisations to make their contact centres more productive while maintaining service levels. Our Intraday Automation software continually monitors contact volumes and on-the-day staffing levels to optimise agents’ schedules – utilising available time for non-call work and recommending when to move agents between queues. This ultimately benefits customers, who enjoy shorter wait times and speak to happier agents.

Paddy Coleman, Founder and CEO of QStory, commented: “It’s our mission to make contact centres happier and more productive places to work. With our technology, agents have much more flexibility and autonomy over their working day, and organisations benefit from the improved staff wellbeing this brings. We enhance the customer experience too – agents are moved seamlessly between queues based on demand, and space capacity is utilised for agent training and development, which in turn improves the customer experience. As G-Cloud 13 suppliers, there are now thousands of people working in various government departments that can benefit from this transformational technology.”
